Layout Viewports? You can't.
Create a viewport, go into the viewport, call the named view with VIEW command, adjust the viewport scale and size.
If you have AutoCAD2018, use MVIEW command's NAMED sub-option and type in the name of your viewport to create a viewport that reflects only the VIEW you created. Just adjust the scale.

Thank you, I managed to do it.
Anyway there's a bug with Live Section and Saved Views in Layout: all the layouts can handle just one Live section.
I attach a test .dwg file to let you better understand what I mean
