pan and zoom problem with with tablet with pen

hellow,

we have a problem in autocad with 3 tablets that we use autocad 2017.

the problem is the the pen loses the grip while using the pan command.

also in zoom +- command. we of course checked the touch  in the lab. and tryied another pen.

can you tell as if the problem is within the autocad. and if so how to fix it.

AutoCAD for desktop is not specifically designed for pens on touch-screen tablets. Maybe by R2020 or R2025.

What's that tablet?

Hi,

@S.Faris

The tablet commands you are referring to are for those types of tablets:

They have nothing to do with tablet-computer systems.
