Start menu not opening the correct file
on the recently opened files, I go to select a file and my cursor is on the four file down but it highlights the file that is three files above it. When I go to open the file it open the one in the list that is three or four above the one I click on.
Thank you!
Rob

Hi,
I guess you have restarted your workstation and tried again the recent file list handling?
Some info's that might help us:
- which version of AutoCAD do you use
- which service pack for AutoCAD do you use (command _ABOUT)
- which operating system do you use
- is Framework 4.7 installed in your system

Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I am wondering if this behaves correctly if you log on as a new user? I suspect a Reset Settings to Default might also correct this behavior.
Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

Hi,
>> I will give the 4.7 a try.
STOP ... NO, do NOT install 4.7!
I just wanted to make sure that it is not installed!
>> We are running AutoCad 2016 version 20.1.49.0
That "49" means there are no service packs installed, please start with that.
