True, you can't modify the WCS.
If I'm understanding correct what you need you might try the following steps:
- Open your drawing
- Use command _UCS and set the rotation of the UCS in that way you want to have your (theoretical) WCS.
- That all layers and turn all layers on.
- Use command _COPYBASE with basepoint 0,0,0 and selecting all your objects in model-space
- Create a new drawing
- Use command _PASTECLIP again with point 0,0,0
...nowyour project is inserted in WCS like you have previously defined your UCS, save that drawing and try now to use this dwg-file with Revit.
