If you know the scale of you PDF:
- Apply the appropriate scale factor when you create the pdf underlay.
- Use DIST or add some dimensions to check if the scale is correct. (It is best to check the longest distance you can. You may want to add up a series of dimensions to get a total.)
- Select the PDF and scale by (measured/actual)
If you do not know the scale of you PDF, create the pdf underlay using a scale of 1, or whatever you prefer, then adjust per step 2 1nd 3.
Scaling based on the longest line with a known value minimizes any inaccuracy.
