HI @Anonymous,
I feel that @Alfred.NESWADBA and @imadHabash have given you some great starting points.
- Verify that your product is fully updated
- Disable hardware acceleration
- Use a clean (original) template
- Verify that the drawing is not the problem by running AUDIT or RECOVER
If these steps do not resolve the crashes please post back. When your AutoCAD crashes, do you have any kind of error message or do you have the opportunity to submit a CER Report? If you do have a report please capture the case number so I can look up the error for you.
