Hi @Anonymous,
I am guessing that this error is because the Windows AtuoCAD installer is seeing the Mac OS and not Windows. I looked at the support page for Parallels and it appears that you can isolate Windows from the the Mac OS. See if this article from the developer's site gets you further.
