CUI - what's the difference betw. dragging ribbon tabs and Customize Workspace?

Hi!

Previously, when I wanted to alter the user interface (CUI command), I drag-dropped from the left side to the right side.

Recently, I discovered that you can press the Customize Workspace button on the right and then tick the items you want on the left side. Much quicker and more convenient.

But I would like to ask around to hear if I have missed anything; are there any differences, benefits or disadvantages in drag-drop compared to pressing the Customize Workspace button.

To be honest, I never knew you could drag and drop, I always used the customize workspace button and checked everything I wanted.

Personal preference I suppose: not sure there is a right-wrong way, I've used both methods, although I must confess I usually use the drag/drop method as a temp fix (reloading my workspace resets it since I do not set it to auto-save, I prefer to manually save workspace changes).

Use both ways,
more comfort is the Button way, but sometimes this way do not work fine.
I dont know why, but sometimes is there a problem. The added item isnt display in the GUI.
Then i used drag&drop without the Button and it works.

Normally Button, when problems d&d directly.
