AutoCAD 2017 crashes at "loading plug-ins...AcConnectWebServices.arx"

Anyone had a similar problem or have enough knowledge to help?

I am a student and originally downloaded AutoCAD on Windows7 32bit. Things were running smooth.

Recently upgraded to Windows 10 64bit machine and reloaded AutoCAD 2017. When starting the program it crashes with the message: "loading plug-ins...AcConnectWebServices.arx". Tried the repair and reinstall options available within AutoCAD and none helped. Also tried" Reset settings to default" option - no difference.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The reason is "A360 Desktop" program.

Reinstall or update "A360 Desktop"
