Are you asking for the default NURBS parameters that are used when doing an operation like lofting?  There are different options for the NURBS knots.  You can see some of them if you create a spline and then look at its Knot parameters (e.g., UNiform, Chord, SqrtChord, etc.).  It would take some digging to find out what the Autodesk developers used for defaults.  Spline and surfaces start with a 3rd order NURBS blending of adjacent segments.
