Hi @Anonymous,
I have found the DirectX to be a problem sometimes. AutoCAD 2016 was developed prior to DirectX12 which is likely the root cause of this issue. Can you tell me the exact OS, Graphics card make and model, and driver installed? I am curious to see if the card is incompatible with DirectX 12.
I have logged this with the QA team to see if they can provide me with feedback.
