PROBLEMS WITH SUBOBJECTS FILTER

I work with Autocad 2017. When I am working with 3D objects, I try to select faces, edges or vertex on a 3D object and I can´t because Autocad select the entire object (no diferences between subobjects).

I select the subobject filter in the toolbar, write SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE in command bar or Shift + F2/3/4 etc,  and it doesn´t work; when I try to select faces o edges separately, Autocad select the entire object.

Is this an instalation program problem? I have tried to activate DINAMIC SCP with no success.

Thank you very much.

Could you be trying to select the subobjects of a block?
