I suspect that your computer is really under-powered for the type of work you are trying to do.  Here are the system requirements for AutoCAD. You will note that DirectX is HIGHLY recommended.

 

While I didn't see any errors in your file even in other applications, it doesn't mean that the drawing is totally 100%.  I suggest considering a computer upgrade that meets the minimum system requirements and hopefully one that exceeds them.

 

Unless you can reproduce this behavior on a regular basis it is very difficult to pinpoint what might have happened to your drawing.
