Sorry for the inconvinience caused.
This problem may be related to outdated video drivers.
- Update to the latest video driver from your graphics card manufacturer, especially if your video card has not been tested or certified for use with AutoCAD (see Autodesk Certified Hardware).
- If your system happens to have dual graphic cards, disable the Intel video or set AutoCAD to run with the high-performance card (see Crash on systems with integrated (Intel HD) and discrete GPUs (NVIDIA/AMD)).
- If you are using AutoCAD 2015 or newer, test having AutoCAD use DirectX 9 instead of 11 (see How to make AutoCAD run with DirectX 9).
