Facing error while file opening
I am facing a problem while during a file open.
Error is " there was a problem sending the command to the programme."

Hi,
it sound that this is a Double-Click trouble .... When double-clicking a DWG file in Windows Explorer, AutoCAD is launched or brought to the front but the drawing file is not opened and that message appears. i suggest to follow this AKN article that it may help.

It is possible that the user profile is damaged. But, I first suggest that you check user permissions to make sure they are not too restricted. Then, rt-click a DWG file and re-associate it with DWG Launcher.
Also, make sure that the file itself or the folder that contains it is not set to read-only.
Can you open a file if you do so through the program rather than Windows explorer?
If none of this works, try creating a new user account (administrator permissions) and log on to see if you can then run AutoCAD properly.
