I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
This wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Swapping 3D geometry can sometimes be a bit tricky and messy.
I worked on individual parts separately. I started with the hub pieces and used SMOOTH and SurfSculpt to turn them into solids. If they were stubborn I would first use a UNION.
The only parts I as uncertain about are the ones shown in this image. You could give them thicknesses or create them using AutoCAd SOLIDS but I wasn't sure how they were to interact.
I have attached my version of your file to look at.
Once you finish these four parts, you should be able to create nice and clean Viewbase views in your layout.
