I fully agree with @john.vellek and would like to add that statement:
Never ever save your working files back to an old version, stay at the current release. If someone else want to have it saved back then you can run command _SAVEAS or command -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD and create a new file based on your current content ... but that file is a copy for anyone else, you should always continue with your file in the current format.
I already listed >>>here<<< some of the reasons why saving back of the working files should be avoided.
