HI @Anonymous,
I can certainly understand reluctance to move to new product if the exiting one is working fine. I would wager though that at some point the other installations of AutoCAD 2011 will cease to function properly on Windows 10 and then the whole shop will be down.
In my opinion, merely hoping things will continue to run forever is not a great business strategy. I wish you success in your discussion with management.
If 2011 is where they want to stay then Windows 7 is the a great operating system for it to run in. I suggest that might work until it is time to upgrade hardware or you need to start sharing files outside the company.
