I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
The problem is likely that AutoCAD 2011 is not designed to run on Windows 10. If that is the version required to interface with other applications then I suggest you either install it on a Windows 7 computer or install a virtual machine on your Windows 10 computer so you can run Windows 7 too.
Here are the system requirements for AutoCAD 2011.
