Properties Box Not Working

My properties dialog box was very helpful in 2012 which enabled chanegs to colors, layers, text sized, polyline widths, and much more.

With my Autocad 2014 SP1 corporate Microsoft System Center 2012 install the properties box appears but does not reflect the element selected nor allow changes (i.e., does not work).  I removed and reinstalled Autocad 2014 SP1 but the issue remains.

Any specific experiences and remedies by others besides reinstalling the software?

Thank you.

if selecting items on the screen does not change anything in PROPERTIES then your installation got hosed by a Windows Registry Cleaner. You will have to reinstall the software.

I tried removing and then reinstalling the software, but the properties box still does not work.

Did you remember to suspend your anti-virus and any other running applications during both phases?

How many objects are you selecting?  What is the variable PROPOBJLIMIT set to?

I removed Acad 2014.  I reinstalled with virus off.  I had no other conflicting programs open.  Still, properties box shows but does not change/reflect item selected.

Is your selection set more than 25,000 objects?

No.  Just selecting 1 item, hopeing to be able to change properties using the dialog box (e.g., a text, a line), which the box still does nto adjust to the type of item selected nor enable a change.

Does THIS LINK help?

This is an Autodesk 'troubleshooting / resolution' document for this issue, which may help you.

Does it happen with any drawing?

Let's see 1 of your drawing.

Weird: and this problem is in ALL files? Even if you start a new one, draw a few lines, then start PROPERTIES and select them?
Are you running an add-on to AutoCAD?
Is DEMANDLOAD set to 3?
When PROPERTIES is up on screen and you type OPMSTATE, does AutoCAD show the setting as 1?
Can you see the object properties in the RIBBON (Home Tab, Properties Panel) if you select any objects?

As a test, if you log into Windows as another user, does the problem persist?

Yes, any drawing. Company would not allow to see the drawing. Thanks.

Do you also have Autodesk 360 installed?

Yes, happens even with a new drawing.
I did not ask for any add ons.
DEMANDLOAD = 3 OK
OPMSTATE = 1 OK
in Classic Mode the properties box does not work.
In ribbon mode the selected item will not change properties even when scrolling to another option.
Isolated so will much later try logging on with another user.
As associate who downloaded Acad 2014 SP1 the same way as I had no issues with the Properties box.

Yes, it appears as just tried logging in. Did not change anything with the non-working properties box.

Have someone else log into your computer.  Does the same behavior happen?

Sounds a corrupt user account if re-install didn't helped at all.
