LT is certainly an option but I would not use a version older than 2015 (again with all the patches and updates). You will still likely have some hi-res display issues.
I am not sure that you will even be able to get AutoCAD 2013 to install. Some users have been able to run it (with issues) on Windows 10 but usually it is because it was installed on an older OS that was then upgraded to Windows 10.
Since the laptop is a given, why don't you install Trials of both AutoCAD and LT and see which one serves your needs the best?
