Lost Ribbon Panels in AutoCAD 2013

While trying to install a new app,on 2013 version, I seem to have lost my Ribbon Panels.  The message says the "panels are not loaded."  I tried to do a REPAIR but that did not work.  Any suggestions as to how to get the Ribbon back?

Thanks a bunch.

I would have thought a repair would have done it.  what typically works for me is to switch to a different workspace then back again.

Hi @Anonymous,

If the suggestions from @chriscowgill7373 and @imadHabash don't work for you, I suggest that you can use Reset Settings to Default to get things back to normal on the Ribbon.
