Autocad Model space and Layout space doesn't match in scale for dashed linetype

I have this annoying problem, although my scales are set 1:1 in Model and Layout space. Line Scale is set to 1 as well. But I still get different results in Model and Layout altogether. Dashed line appears much bigger in Layout than in Model space.
Please help? :cara_con_una_leve_sonrisa:

What do you have MSLTSCALE and PSLTSCALE set to?

Both are set to 1.

You stated scale, just wanted to confirm, the CANNOSCALE is set to the same in modelspace as the viewport in the layout tab.

would it be possible to post the drawing?

Hi,

>> Dashed line appears much bigger in Layout than in Model space. <<

i suggest to do the follow :

  • click inside your VP.
  • type PSLTSCALE in command line and change the value.
  • type Regen  command then go out from VP.

i suppose that you have to notice a new result.

Okay my is 1: 50 in one and 1:1 in the other. How can I fix that?

would it be possible to provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?  If you are referring to the annotation scale in modelspace, you should be able to just click on the annotation scale button in the status bar and switch it to the scale it needs to be.  If it is within a viewport, it will rescale your viewport.
