I'm sorry. Let's try to fix it this way.

 

Do you see the AutoCAD icon on your desktop?

  • Right click on it and select Properties from the menu.
  • In the properties window, locate the Shortcut tab and click on it.Capture.PNG
  • Now, towards the top there is a field called Target. If you click in that field and then move your cursor to the very end of the text.
  • Enter /nohardware with a space between it and the other text.
  • Click OK

 

 

Now you can try to open AutoCAD by clicking this icon to see if it fixes the issue.  Please let me know the results.
