Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I believe this failure to start is because of your graphics card. Please start AutoCAD with the No Hardware switch and post back with your results.
Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

HI @Anonymous,
I included the link in my last post. Click on the "No Hardware" and it will take you to the article that describes the process.
Please post back with your results.

Hi @Anonymous,
I'm sorry. Let's try to fix it this way.
Do you see the AutoCAD icon on your desktop?
- Right click on it and select Properties from the menu.
- In the properties window, locate the Shortcut tab and click on it.
- Now, towards the top there is a field called Target. If you click in that field and then move your cursor to the very end of the text.
- Enter /nohardware with a space between it and the other text.
- Click OK
Now you can try to open AutoCAD by clicking this icon to see if it fixes the issue. Please let me know the results.

Hi @Anonymous,
I am glad that this worked! Note, I edited your post to remove the serial numbers. I suggest for getting the activation to work, that you either post a new question in the installation forum or contact Activation and Registration through your account page.
Turning off the hardware acceleration means that you will be able to see Point Clouds and such but if you are working primarily in a 2D environment then you shouldn't have any major issues. At some point, if you feel it is necessary you can update your graphics card to one that is certified to run with Hardware Acceleration.
Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
