Thanks, John.  We'll go through your links.  I am a computer and network administrator (though more in a hardware support role than an actual network support), so I am always logged into my machine as an admin.

 

The firewall/malware/spyware/AV clients on my machine are not blocking any necessary applications or ports, and the same should be true for all other machines in the engineering department.  (That doesn't mean that another user didn't click 'block' to something necessary on another machine.)

 

I have asked another member of the IT team to verify the time settings on the server and allowed applications/ports on the hardware firewall.

 

We are not using a proxy server.

 

Autodesk 360 was not installed when these problems began.  Because of the Inventor trials, 360 is now installed on my machine and one other, yet all 4 still exhibit the issue, including one with AutoCad LT 2017.

 

Once it's confirmed that the hardware firewall isn't blocking communication, and that the time settings are in sync, I will report back.
