Hi @Anonymous,
Yes, please check the time synchronization.
Next, check your firewall settings to make sure that they are not blocking the connections that AutoCAD is trying to use.
Please also check to make sure that your Users have Local Admin permissions (at least temporarily) in order to verify that this is not at fault.
Please let me know how AutoCAD 2017 behaves.
