The first thing I notice is that you are running AutoCAD 2012 on Windows 10 which is not supported as its development came before Windows 10 was even available. I am actually surprised you were able to get it to install.

 

Are all your workstations Windows 10? Or do you still have some Windows 7?

 

I assume your licensing is all stand alone? (not network licenses)

 

As far as the read-only, that issue is controlled by the OS and not AutoCAD.  I would first check to see that the time is uniform on all machines and then monitor your network for latency or packet loss.

 

I am also assuming that your network storage is on a server and not a NAS?

 

Please give me some more details.

 

It would be very telling to install a Trial of AutoCAD 2017 to see if you have the same issues. Is this a possibility on one of your Windows 10 boxes?
