Big picture basics:
- Set your primary STYLE as Annotative, and set the text "paper" size at 3/32"
- Set your primary DIMSTYLE as Annotative, and set it to use the STYLE above. Repeat for your MLEADERSTYLE.
- In Modelspace, set CANNOSCALE to the "printed' scale you want, like 1/4". Create text and notes. Change it to 1/16" then 3/32", watch the text resize correctly.
- In Paperspace, create a viewport and set the scale of the viewport to 1/4". Create another viewport looking at the same area in modelspace, but set the scale of this viewport to 1/16". And another set to 3/32". Same drawing, three different scales, text/dims will correctly print from paperspace sized at 3/32".
Oh, Set CELTSCALE, MSLTSCALE and PSLTSCALE to 1, LTSCALE matching your CANNOSCALE seems to work well for me.
