If it is a file-specific problem, fix the file: AUDIT or RECOVER commands, then QSAVE. Also PURGE until nothing is left to PURGE, and if needed WBLOCK out your modelspace content to a new file and INSERT the resulting new file into a working Template file of yours.

Way quicker than any thing attempts at fixing the file without sharing it here for everyone to try.
