Plot error

hi,

 

i'm using AutoCAD 2008 these many it was working fine but today i'm facing a problem that i'm not able to plot a file.

 

i tried with two different printers and even i tried with .PDF also its not working.

 

no error is displayed but in the Status Bar Menu it shows Plot in process  but nothing happens for an hour also. even i can't able to give one more plot also.

What changed on your PC or your network? Something did. Please find out.
Restart Windows may help sometimes too.

@Anonymous Most newer plotters can be set with a max file size. If your file is too big the plotter will not work with it.

Look to sysvar BACKGROUNDPLOT (>>>details<<<) and try these settings: 0 and 3

i'm not able to make .pdf also, means there is no change in the network.

Tytpe BACKGROUNDPLOT at the command line, hit <enter> then change the setting as suggested.
