Printing 2008 version

I am trying to print a PDF file and it shows the drawing in Preview. However, actual print comes out practically blank. I have checked the layers for not printing. I have recovered the drawings several times all without luck. I am not sure what is happening? I have attached the zip file of the drawing and the PDF print that I am getting.. Can somebody guide me what I am doing wrong?

An early response will be highly appreciated.

VP is the viewport. and that supposed to be not printed. If you look at Title block nothing is printed except Architects logo. The notes on the Drawing is not on VP Layer and does not print. The drawing name and the number is not in VP layer and are not printed. I am not sure it is something with ADOBE OLE that causes the problem. I created with Viwport with the Layer VP.

Every time I tried to print - it generates an error message to be sent to Auto desk. I have attached the error message for your perusal.

Your chosen PDF driver probably can't print OLEs at that large 24x36 sheet size.

Find another PDF driver to use: your file prints fine here too.
