thank you very much for continuing this conversation. I am sure I am opening the corrected file. I wouldn't know if I have any startup or add-on. I have never set that up or even know what that is so I doubt it. 

 

please see the attached template. If you could please save this as a template on your machine and open and close it a couple times after correcting it I would really appreciate it. After fixing it, it wont even stay corrected after saving it again and I am still experiencing the strange issue of the UCS changing from simply zooming into the template as seen in my screen cast.
