Hi @Moshe-A,
If removing the computer from the Domain fixes the problem, then there is likely an issue with the domain user profile licensing.
I suggest clearing the license date using the following steps;
- On your computer logged on as the Domain User with full local Admin permissions), navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\<product key>_<<product version>>\
- Delete the LGS.data file.
- Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\
- Delete the ADUT folder and it's contents
- Start the application.
