Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
Do you currently have a license of AutoCAD for Mac or Windows? IF you have the Mac version and no access to the Windows version I think you will be surprised at how good and stable the AutoCAD 2017 for Mac can be for you. If you are running on a Mac, can you provide the computer specifications? It is possible that you might want to run Windows on your Mac if it is current enough to run BootCamp. This would allow you to run either the Mac or Windows versions depending on your licensing.
Here are the system requirements for the Windows version of AutoCAD 2017.
As far as a new PC, I would suggest that you consider i7 processors at 2.8 or faster GHz, 8-24 GB RAM, a SSD drive and most importantly a good graphics card. While you might not want to spend what it takes to get a Certified card, you should still aim to get as good a card as possible. This and operating systems are the biggest causes of crashes I see from customers.
You are welcome to shop and then post examples of what you are considering in order to get opinions of Community members.
