Hello,
I have recently switched my subscription over from Autocad Lt to the full version in order to take advantage of the
product enhancements that it offers only to find there is no Product Enhancement link on my account page.
Any help?

I am trying to get to Autodesk Impression.
The only reason I have switched from Lt to the full version is to
use this add-on for presentation drawings.
On my Autodesk Account page under Quick Links is supposed to be
a Product Enhancements link. I do not have one.

Hi,
>> I am trying to get to Autodesk Impression.
Where have you seen that Autodesk Impression is part of AutoCAD 2017?
Autodesk Impression does not exist any more for ages now...

You never had to upgrade from LT to get better tools, I like a freebie called INKSCAPE and there are dozens of others.
Tired old Impression Version 3 from the year 2009 is found here
Here is the direct link if your account credentials allow it https://accounts-subs.autodesk.com/sp/servlet/download/index?siteID=11564774&id=14499814

The problem is that I have no Product Enhancements listing under Quick Links via the Management page of my Autodesk Account.
I have been through several channels here at Autodesk and no one has been able to assist me with this.
I have a subscription to Autocad 2017 and should be able to access the included features.
If this is not possible I need to know so that I can stop spending the extra money on the full version of AC.

Hi,

Again the question: where have you read that Autodesk Impression is an included feature with AutoCAD 2017?
>> The problem is that I have no Product Enhancements listing under Quick Links
That might depend on the products you subscribed and the contract you have.

Did you try the links I posted? Do they work? Find out.
I'm on subscription too, but I have been for a very long time now so perhaps it's a legacy perk for us old customers and not newbies.
May I ask why do you want or think you want Impressionv3? Why not use better newer free or low cost alternates out there like everyone else does?
We who are responding to your post are not "autodesk", we are customers just like you: call a reseller and get it sorted if you want, you can't do it on your own from the outside www.autodesk.com/resellers/locate-a-reseller

The main difference between AutoCAD-LT and Full AutoCAD
Full AutoCAD can do 3d designs
Full AutoCAD can run LISP programs (There are hundreds available on the internet.)
There are other things that Full AutoCAD can do as others will let us know.
What "Enhancements" are you expecting ???

I've tried the links but to no end. Someone in customer support is looking into my lack of serial number for me.
Anyway, the real issue here is that I need a way to create quality presentation drawings utilizing color, texture, images,
my logo... etc. For years I've used Adobe Illustrator but the new subscription version (CC) crashes constantly plus I have
to export from ACad as an .eps. Impression caught my attention as it seemed to address all of these issues. I understand
that it is an older program.
If there are better ways to do what I need to do, I'm all ears.
Thanks for your help with this @pendean

Adobe Illustrator is the correct product from Adobe for the task: Adobe's Photoshop if you still like the idea of exporting EPS would be the other choice.
InkScape is a good free alternate to Illustrator if you want free.
Start exploring these.

I will look into Inkscape for the vector based aspect.
Thanks again.
