Hi,

welcome @Anonymous.autodesk.com!

I can only guess: the block that is inserted, was scaled? Select it, open the property window and look to the ScaleX and ScaleY settings.

If you upload a DWG we don't need to guess :cara_guiñando_un_ojo:

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you attach the original block to a post? I would like to see if I can duplicate this and find an answer for you.

Hi @Anonymous,

I took a look at your block and discovered if I increased the accuracy in UNITS, that when I modified the geometry in Block Editor and then saved the block it works fine.

Hi @Anonymous,

With your units set to a higher accuracy, you will need to adjust your block or redraw it as the original is not drawn accurately to the dimensions you show. I had to do that with the block I attached earlier.

It is a block inserted with wrong scale as Alfred said.

Copy it several times, scale it and explode, now look at the dimensions.
