I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

The printer model is quite old and the lack of a driver that is designed for current Windows versions is likely at the root of the issue.  You might try the HP Universal driver and tell Windows that it has a newer (different) device such as one of the DesignJet series that has similar paper options and sizes.
