command: 3DROTATE (default acad.pgp shotcut seems is 3R)
as i remember your 2D drawing seem drafted on the "right" plane.
if use command: copybase. you can also copy it to another drawjng:
1. rotate your view to the one you think is correct.
2. UCS > view (rotate ucs to follow current view).
3. copybase > pickpoint > select your object.
4. go to the new drawing, make sure on top view and ucs=world, then paste your drawing there.
p.s. for the concept, if we draft something on paper, then look at the side view, it will look as a single line. Same to your case
