Hi,
Method A:
1. Is there any reason you need to draft your drawing on the "right" plane?
2. Is there any reason you need to dimension in paperspace?
3. is there any reason you need to keep this drawing's coordinate?
If 1 and 2 and 3 = no
Please use my revised attached drawing to continuous your work.
I 3D rotated it to the top surface.
Method B:
Use your original drawing.
double click your cursor into the viewport.
command:UCS > E enter...............then choose the horizontal line for rotate UCS.
Now you can choose the osnap of "qua".......but only can use it in model space.
