Automatically update a schedule/table made with "EATTEXT" command

I am using the "EATTEXT" command to create a schedule/table to count a set of blocks including its attributes, in this case its flip state and contents. Is there a way in which AutoCAD can automatically update this table if I was to add more blocks to the model in the future if it needs revising or do I have to update it manually? If so, how do I go about updating it?
