I suggest setting the screen resolution and Windows font size as I previously provided and then perform a Reset Settings to Default.

 

Please let me know if that corrects the display issue.

 

If that works you can try to increase your screen resolution but you might face the same issue. Perhaps you should also check for a more recent graphics driver as well.
