Model space line weights

I opened a drawing I had been working on, and all of the line weights are showing as super thick.  Nothing has changed as far as the properties - they're all set to default, by layer, and I didn't make any changes to styles.  I tried updating AutoCAD, but it's still showing super thick lines.  Has something happened to my file? Is it recoverable?

Could you post the drawing?

Did you turn on DISPLAY PLOT STYLES in that pagesetup?
Or turn on LWEIGHT?

Perhaps
command LWDISPLAY
and set to OFF.

I just tried changing my lineweight from "by layer" to 0.5 and the lines show up thin.  So somewhere my default "by layer" lineweight has been changed - where can I reset this?  It's happened in old existing drawings as well as a blank new drawing.

Thanks!

Have you looked at the Lineweight Setting (right click the icon on the Status Bar) "Adjust Display Scale"?

That was it!  Thank you so much, I'm not sure how that got changed, but that was definitely the problem.
