Printing Issue With Circular Viewports

Hi I have a printing issue with AutoCAD 2017.

When I create a circular viewport, some numbers or letters which should be in the viewport are scattered over the drawing on the print only.

Also this only happens on one printer which is a Ricoh MP C3003. It prints ok to a PDF or plotter.

I am using windows 10 and have the latest Ricoh driver.

Does anyone have any ideas?

How do...

GRAPHICSCONFIG
Set Hardware Acceleration to Off

(only assuming it is on)

Hi thanks for your reply, I've turned the hardware acceleration off but it doesn't solve the issue.

Thanks

For now, it appears you will need to print to PDF first, then to your Ricoh if Ricoh doesn't have a newer (or much older) driver you can try to fix the problem.

Hi,

Yes I've been using that as a work around for the time being.

I've tried various drivers with no joy.

Thanks

This only happens with custom shaped viewports only, correct?

Correct, custom viewports only!
