Hi @JamesMaeding,
In the past when I too supported about 100 desktops I would get similar request calls too. I found that MOST (not all) were related to drive mapping getting hijacked by flashdrives being used by staff or by some network latency making a drive letter drop offline when AutoCAD was looking for it.
