BEDIT is defaulting to -bedit

Hello everyone,

In the last few minutes, whenever I right-click a block and select "Edit Block" the command is cancelled and replaced by "-bedit" in the command line. Before it was opening the block editor like normal, now idk what has changed, but even new drawings are doing this. Even when I select "Edit block in place" it acts like nothing is selected and prompts me to select the block again before it initiates the edit. With BEDIT, it asks for the name of the block.... please help.

What happens when you double click the block?

It brings up the block edit definition dialogue, or attribute dialogue. I've noticed another issue with this though, if I right-click ANY object and click "Properties", the object(s) I had selected are deselected immediately. There is a string of *cancel* *cancel* before it initiates Properties.

I found the solution, this post is moot point now... http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-2004-2005-2006/cancel/td-p/1127250

Somehow the system setting QAFLAGS was set to 1 instead of 0.
