Can you please describe your situation again? It's (at least for me) not
clear who selects what and which objects you are checking/selecting, which
values you get and why you think that they are wrong.
Just to show you what is not clear:
>> when I enter "Massprop" command then it selects a inside region
>> of interior circle + inside region of outside circle
Command _MASSPROP does not select anything, when I start the command I'm
asked to select an object.
>> selects a inside region of interior circle + inside region of outside
circle.
There is not any circle in the drawing.
If you mean "inside polygon" and "outside polygon" ... there are two of each
types, one on layer "P-TOWER" and another one on layer "DEFPOINT", which
ones are you referring to?

Which values do you get?
And why do you think that they are not correct?
