exported Toolpalettes - icons missing

Hi all,

So i made a tool palette with blocks, to be used in our company and clients.

I exported it, and i got a images foldera and a xtp file.

I combined all this in a folder with the original block file in a folder (image folder and xtp are on same location)

When i import the toolpalette on another pc, everything works just fine, except the icons are not showing in the toolbar.

How do i fix this?

I'm using autocad v. 2017

Hi @Anonymous,

Are you transfering the palettes between two computers with AutoCAD 2017?  Here is an AKN article that provides an overview of the correct process.

I would suggest that you not rearrange or combine the contents in any way. Just move the entire folder of contents to the new computer and go through the import.

Hi @Anonymous,

How is the tool palette export going? Did the problem get resolved? If not, please update your post with how it is behaving. If it is fixed, please indicate the steps you took to get it working.

Hi john thanks for the response,

I fixed it by just re-exporting it,

i must have messed up the folder structure which the toolpalette used.

Thanks annyway!
