TODAY I TRIED INSTALLING AUTOCAD 2016, DUE TO INSUFFICIENT DATA I PAUSED THE DOWNLOAD WHICH HAD DOWNLOADED 3.43GB OUT OF 4.22 GB, FEW HOURS LATER, MY LAPTOPS BATTERY WAS LOW AND IT SHUT DOWN, WHAT DO I DO?

I suggest that you delete the partial downloaded files and just simply start the process over. Please update your post with your results.

The files are either complete or not. If things appear to have installed correctly I would not worry about it personally.
