License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed AutoCAD 2017

Hello, I tried both solutions here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...

 

and neither solution worked. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well, any other suggestions?

Sorry to hear the issues you are having with the license manager.

 

I created case number 12004390 and escalated it to our Installation & Licensing Team so they can assist you with the proper installation. They will be contacting you directly via the case.

I run a lab of 45 computers and all are working fine with a network license except for one that is giving this error. I am coming close to wiping the operating system so I was trying to see if any new progress in fixing it has been made?

I was using a stand-alone license on a single computer. We ended up having to complete an offline activation for this machine as all previous troubleshooting failed. The Autodesk tech support team assisted.

I have the same issue and have tried the 2 solutions but still not working.

 

Has another solution been found or will I need to raise a ticket

I am having the same issue again installing this same license for the same user on a newly imaged hard drive. The resolution for this the first time it happened was for me to generate a request code and an Autodesk support person emailed me a 56 digit activation code. I need assistance again to receive a new activation code.
